Wade Takashima has more than 24 years of architectural design and construction management experience in the commercial & residential arena. After working in the design and construction industries, Wade founded Creative Fit in 2004 bringing the knowledge of both sides of the building process together. By tapping into both his experience as an Architect and a Builder, Wade continues to develop new ways of creating value for clients through our design process.

Wade grew up in Las Vegas and has lived in the Valley for over 30 years leaving only to attain his Architectural Degree from the University of Hawaii at Manoa. As the Firm’s Architect of Record, Wade is licensed in Nevada, Arizona, Idaho, and Hawaii with the ability to attain licensure in other states as needed through NCARB’s reciprocity program.

Frank Alsup, AIA, LEED AP bd+c, NCARB, D.Arch
Oahu, Hawaii

Frank has close to 20 years of experience in designing innovative projects for various sectors, including residential, office, and commercial.  He has led several award-winning projects and has a passion for creating spaces that enhance people’s lives and well-being.  Frank believes that impactful architecture is a compilation of thoughtful planning coupled with well executed details.  He melds his approach to design with a wealth of project management expertise, bringing focused leadership to the forefront of the design process. 

Born and raised in the Las Vegas Valley, Frank attained a Bachelor of Architecture Degree at UNLV. Frank began his professional career in Las Vegas before ultimately moving to Hawaii to attend the University of Hawaii at Manoa and attain a Doctorate of Architecture focused in Sustainable Design Strategies.
