LEED Gold – Retail Shell Building

Built to compliment the adjacent Las Vegas Cyclery, the project expands the site’s outdoor lifestyle services and extends the outdoor experience offered by the original build. An outdoor patio provides for a future dining space and the bike track provided in the first build wraps around the project to make use of side and rear yards.
